Crashes on iOS 9.1 iPhone 6s Plus

Having no response from filling out the support form on the website, I am reluctantly posting here also:
Looking forward to actually using this, but there arose an immediate problem:
When attempting to access the Camera Roll, the program crashes. Every time.... Even after shutting down the iPhone and rebooting!
